SUCCESS STORY
Hi folks
I was going through a few old photos the other day and came across the photo attached - thought you might like it!
We purchased our Shippshape in 1994, and, boy, has it been around - Cape York, Tanami, Gibb River Road, Canning Stock Route to name a few places.
Actually lent it to a neighbour a month or two ago for a trip through the Flinders, etc - they were stoked!
We don't have the Landcruiser anymore, but with a few modifications to the roof rack, the Shippshape fits great on our Jackeroo (and the neighbour's Rodeo!)
Keep up the good work - you have a great product!!
Regards
Dave & Julie

Shippshape Car Tops

Dear Tony and staff,

I would like to thank you for helping me with my decision to buy your Car Top Tent.

It has to be one of the best purchases my wife and I have ever made and I feel a bit embarrassed that you needed to convince me that yours is much better then the oppositions, as the old saying goes "you pay for what you get".

We used it continuously over the 2 week Christmas break through the Victorian High Country and along the Great Ocean Road, we camped in places where we would never be found and in places where we would, (the caravan parks were fun as we loved pulling up knowing everyone around were watching and having the top up, the awning pegged out, fridge, stove, table and chairs in place along with a cold beer on the table all within 7 minutes).

We got the best camp spots by being able to camp in places where no tent could go (only problems we had was occasionally pegging out the awning, my greed at a river spot would get the better of me and I'd find I was that close to the river that I would have to peg into the water and the pegs don't hold well between the pebbles).

Also getting the sides (family version) made it possible for extra comfort, warmth and protection from any annoying wind or rain and also gave privacy if needed even if only one side was put up.

We still haven't taken it off the roof yet as we seem to go away more now because of its simplicity and I even use it simply as a shelter from sun at the Bathurst Gliding Club. The members there were simply stoked by it and it wasn't long before they were also happily seated under it, as they said "you have set a whole new standard here that they would now have to somehow match."

Again, thanks and I'll happily speak your praises if you wish to use me as a satisfied customer.

Kind Regards

Klaas and Lyn
